About Dr. Nasser Loza Dr. Nasser Loza is a consultant Psychiatrist, with a thriving experience of 27 years in this specific field. He holds expertise in the treatment of Psychosis, bipolar disorder, depression/anxiety/stress-related disorders, Alcohol/drug use disorders, and Self-harm/suicide. He is a professional member of the American and Egyptian Psychiatric Associations. Dr. Loza chairs the Scientific Council of the Arab Board of Psychiatry. He is a professional member of the editorial board of International Psychiatry and Chairman of the Middle East Group of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. During the period of (2006-2011), Dr. Nasserworked as the General Secretary for Mental Health, Ministry of Health and Population of Egypt. He has a special interest in the treatment of Mood disorder, Addiction, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and OCD, and Schizophrenia. Presently, he is working in the Advisory Group that reviews and commends PD/PI for a multi-site NIH funded training grant.
