About Dr. Kishore GSB Dr. Kishore GSB is a well-known Surgical Gastroenterologist with over 19+ years of experience. He has a Professional Membership of the Karnataka Medical Council and has performed many complex resections for tumors of the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas. He pursued MBBS from St John’s Medical College, Bangalore in 2001 and also MS – General Surgery from the same institution in 2005, later he did DNB – General Surgery from National Board Of Examination, New Delhi in 2006. Dr. Kishore has completed Mch – Surgical Gastroenterology from the prestigious PGIMER, Chandigarh in 2009, and Master of HPB Surgery from Herni Bismuth Institue, France in 2011. He has performed over 300 liver transplantations with success rates at par with the best centers in the world. He is competent in the peri-operative management of both adult and pediatric patients with acute liver failure, acute on chronic liver failure, and chronic liver disease. His special interest lies in Liver Disease Treatment, Fistula Surgery, Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Mucosal Resection, Hernia Repair Surgery, and Bariatric (Gastric Bypass) Surgery, etc. He has contributed towards peer-reviewed publications in leading journals of his specialty.
