About Dr. R. Padmakumar Dr. R. Padmakumar is a renowned Laparoscopic and Metabolic Surgeon with 23+ years of experience.  He keeps abreast of the latest treatment techniques which make him one of the leading Obesity Surgeons across India and UAE. He has performed more than 6,000 Laparoscopic Hernia Surgeries. He is the first surgeon to have won approval from the UAE’s Ministry of Health to perform keyhole surgery for diabetes.
