About Dr. K.Jaishankar Dr. K.Jaishankar is a renowned Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist, with a thriving experience of more than 19 years. He has successfully performed 10,000 cath procedures, which include angioplasty. His expertise lies in Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (Icds), Pacemaker Implantation, Coronary Angiogram, etc. He is a life member of the cardiology society, a life member of the Indian Medical Association, a fellow of the European Society of Cardiology, a Life Member of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society, and a fellow of the Indian Academy of Medical Specialties. Dr. Jaishankar possesses knowledge in carotid angioplasty, rotablation, directional coronary atherectomy, transcatheter device closure of ASD, VSD & PDA. He regularly performs procedures like CRT, CRT-D, and ICD device implants and familiar with 3-D advanced electroanatomical mapping techniques for ablation of abnormal heart disturbances.
