About Dr. Rujuta Mehta Dr. Rujuta Mehta is a renowned Orthopedic surgeon, who has an experience of nearly 24 years. She specializes in treatments like muscle release treatment, ligament reconstruction, skeletal muscle therapy, external fixation, hip resurfacing, osteotomy etc. She has received the Marcela Uribe Zamudio Award for Outstanding Lady Orthopedic Surgeon in 2008. Dr. Rujuta completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital in 1993, followed by MS in Orthopedics from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences in 1996. She also went on to do DNB in Orthopedic surgery from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences in 1998. Additionally, she acquired a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics from Boston’s Children Hospital USA in 2003. She has previously worked with hospitals like Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital, Jaslok hospital, Shushrusha Hospital, and Balabhai Nanavati Hospital. She is a member of  Indian Medical Association, Pediatric Orthopedic Society of India, Bombay Orthopedic Society, Maharashtra Orthopedic Association, and Indian Orthopedic Association.
