About Dr. Lee Kim En Dr. Lee Kim En is an neurologist having more than 29 years of expertise. Services provided by him includes stroke treatment. Dr. Lee Kim En, an old Rafflesian, earned his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1993. He later became a member of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom) and underwent specialty training in neurology. He was then given a clinical and research fellowship in stroke and critical care neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where he trained and collaborated with the best and brightest in neuroscience. Dr. Lee was accepted as a Fellow of the Edinburgh-based Royal College of Physicians in 2004.  Dr. Lee served patients at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital while serving as the National Neuroscience Institute’s Deputy Director, Education Director, and Head of Department (Neurology). Dr. Lee holds adjunct associate professor positions at both the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore and the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He served as a visiting consultant for the Singapore Armed Forces, Ministry of Health, and National Medical Research Council. He was a member of the medical advisory board at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital for two terms and presently serves on the committees for credentials, continuing medical education, and nursing and allied health. Dr. Lee Kim En is fluent in English, Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien, Teochew, and Mandarin.
