About Dr. Seng Shay Way Dr. Seng Shay Way is an obstetrician & gynaecologist having more than 15 years of expertise. Services provided by him includes surgery, endometriosis management, recurrent miscarriages, antagonist use in IVF cycles, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), abdominal, laparoscopic with emphasis on fertility treatment and preservation. Dr. Seng received his medical degree from the Irish Royal College of Surgeons. Before getting accepted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London, he completed his internship and obstetrics and gynaecology training at TTSH and KKH.  Under the MOH HMDP scholarship, he finished his sub-specialty training at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in the UK’s Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility. The University of New South Wales awarded him a Masters in Reproductive Medicine in 2009. Dr. Seng is a reproductive specialist who has received certification from the MOH.  He is a member of the Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of Singapore (OGSS), where he previously served on the executive council from 2001 to 2003. He also belongs to the Singapore Society of Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology.  Additionally, he serves on the board of the Meranti home in Pelangi village and the welfare committees of the Sree Narayana Home for the Aged Sick. Additionally, Dr. Seng has been a visiting fertility consultant at the Shanghai United Family hospitals since 2009 and is a licenced physician in the People’s Republic of China. At KKH, Dr. Seng teaches graduate students.  Dr. Seng Shay Way is fluent in English.
