About Dr. Ji-Kon Ryu Dr. Ji-Kon Ryu is a recognized Medical Gastroenterologist based in Seoul, South Korea with 37+ years of experience in the field. He did his M.D. from Seoul National University College of Medicine in 1989 and his M.S. from the same institute in 1993. He continued specializing in the field of gastroenterology with a Ph.D. from the Seoul National University College of Medicine in 2000. He has expertise in Bile duct cancer, Biliary Cancer, Biliary system disease, Cholangiocarcinoma, Cholangitis, Cholecystitis, Gallbladder cancer, Gallbladder polyp, Pancreas, Pancreatic cancer, Pancreatic cyst, Jaundice, etc. Dr. Ryu has also written various clinically-researched papers in national and international journals.
