About Dr. Hyunwoong Lee Dr. Hyunwoong Lee is a Medical Gastroenterologist based in Seoul, South Korea with 24+ years in the field. He is a member of the Korean Liver Association and Research Planning Committee, Associate Editor in Clinical and Molecular Hepatology, and Academic Fellow of the Korean Liver Cancer Association. He graduated from the Yonsei University College of Medicine in 1997 and accepted a residency opportunity at the same organization.  He also pursued her M.S and Ph.D. programs at Yonsei University College of Medicine in 2001 and 2008 respectively. Dr. Lee holds expertise in Liver diseases such as hepatitis, liver lesions, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver, liver cancer, pancreas, biliary tract, treatment endoscopy, ultrasound endoscopy, intestinal tuberculosis, early gastric cancer, etc. He has many publications and presentations in national and international forums under his name.
