Dr. Klion employs the newest techniques for knee ligament reconstruction, cartilage repair, regeneration and meniscal transplantation and has expertise in arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs and shoulder stabilization procedures.

He is an experienced orthopedic surgeon who has been in private practice for almost 25 years in New York City. He earned his Medical Degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed his Orthopedic Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Klion is the Medical Director of the New York City Triathlon and has completed 11 Ironman Triathlons and 15 Marathons.
