Dr. David H. Wei

Dr. Wei sees patients for conditions/injuries of the hand/wrist and elbow. His key interests include the diagnosis and treatment of upper extremity issues in both pediatric and adult patients. This includes arthritis (hand/wrist/elbow), fractures, sports injuries and carpal/cubital tunnel syndromes. He also treates dupuytren’s contracture, trigger finger/thumb, bicep and triceps tendon tears and ruptures, Tennis Elbow and ganglion cysts.

Dr. Wei is actively involved in academic medicine and has authored and published many peer-reviewed scientific articles in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Journal of Hand Surgery, Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Journal of Trauma. He has been invited to present his work at regional, national and international meetings for a variety of associations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Society of Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA), American Orthopaedic Association (AOA), and the Congress of the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
