About Dr. Wael Dahhan Dr. Wael Dahhan is an American Board Certified Gastroenterologist possessing more than 21 years of experience in treating several gastrointestinal diseases. He is well trained in treating cirrhosis of the liver, fatty liver, IBD, GERD, etc. He completed his fellowships from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, and fellowship training in Advanced & Interventional Endoscopy at BIDMC, Harvard University, Boston, MA, USA. Before moving to Dubai, he joined one of the largest gastroenterology groups in SouthEast Michigan and got busy practicing Consultancy GI/ Hepatology. He is well-known for performing qualitative routine and advanced endoscopic procedures including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, capsule endoscopy, esophageal PH and motility studies, Enteroscopy, and liver biopsy. He is a fellow member of the ACG and ASGE, AGA. He is invited as a Guest Speaker at various national and international conferences.
