About Dr. Denesh Gopalan Dr. Denesh Gopalan is a Dubai-based Gastroenterologist with extensive 19+ years of experience. His key areas of interest include Endoscopic haemorrhoidal banding of bleeding hemorrhoids, Advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures, Stenting, especially metal stenting for colonic obstruction and other malignant diseases, Capsule endoscopy, etc. Dr. Gopalan has completed his MBBS from the University of Kerala, followed by post-graduation in Medicine. Later, he did superspecialization in Gastroenterology from the Beumont and Mater Hospitals of Dublin, Ireland. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow), and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. The Gastroenterologist has both national and international publications under his credit in accredited indexed journals. He is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, Conferences, CDE’s, worldwide conferences to talk about the diseases of the digestive system and its management.
