About Dr. Ghassan Nakad Dr. Ghassan Nakad is an Interventional Cardiologist, based in Dubai. His area of clinical expertise lies in interventional cardiology procedures, including left main angioplasty, chronic total occlusions, multivessel angioplasty. He also performs radial access procedures, intravascular coronary imaging, device-based acute heart failure treatment, management of arrhythmia, echocardiography (strain rate speckle tracking echo), transoesophageal echocardiography, etc. He has completed his fellowship from the reputed University of Liege, Belgium, and qualifications from the Cardiology Board and the Internal Medicine Board, Lebanese University. Dr. Ghassan is a member of the Belgian Working Group on Interventional Cardiology, the Belgian Working Group on Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging, the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions, the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging, and the Lebanese Society of Cardiology.
