About Dr. Philip Hayes Dr. Philip Hayes is a well-known Plastic Surgeon in South Africa. The doctor completed his undergraduate training at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) and was awarded the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) cum laude in 2000. He began his plastic surgery training at the University of Cape town in 2005 and completed this in 2011. He became a fellow of the College of Medicine of South Africa (FC plastic surgery) in 2010.
