About
Dr Graham Cole is a consultant cardiologist who specialises in echocardiograms, heart failure, MRI scans, shortness of breath (dyspnoea), valvular heart disease and angina. He is extensively trained and experienced in many other aspects of general cardiology and modern investigative tests.
Dr Cole qualified in 2005 from the Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge University with First Class Honours. He continued his academic studies at Cambridge University and went on to train as a junior doctor in the highly esteemed Hammersmith Medical Rotation. After this, he spent many more years training in specialist cardiology rotations, gaining multiple accreditations and certifications.
His research has been heavily focused on directly benefitting patients, such as facilitating patients’ individualised decision making regarding the advantages and disadvantages of treatments; developing imaging techniques to enable even more precise diagnoses and improving the capacity of imaging techniques when determining if a patient’s condition has changed. He has given several speeches at a national and international level.
