About Dr. Mona Marwan Dr. Mona Marwan is an Ophthalmologist, based in Abu Dhabi with 15+ years of experience. She finished her graduation from the Tanta University, Egypt, followed by a master’s degree from the reputed Benha University, Egypt. Later, she did complete a phacoemulsification course from Laxmi Institue, Panvel, India. Dr. Mona did her fellowship of refractive surgery at Roayah Vision Correction Center for Refractive surgery, Egypt. She has worked earlier in Roayah Vision Correction Center for Refractive surgery, Egypt, Tanta ophthalmology hospital, and then moved to Abu Dhabi as an ophthalmology refractive surgery specialist. She is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Egyptian Medical Association. The renowned Ophthalmologist is the co-author of the Refractive surgery and Oculoplasty Chapter at Oculoplastic Surgery Book 2020 by Springer. She is also the speaker of the World Ophthalmology Congress Abu Dhabi. Under her credit, there are both national and international publications in accredited journals.
