About Dr. Sule Korkmaz Dr. Şule Korkmaz is a cardiologist with 35+ years of experience. Her areas of expertise include coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, stent implantation, pulmonary balloon valvuloplasty, mitral balloon valvuloplasty, pacemaker implantation and coil embolization. She has performed coronary laser angioplasty and myocardial biopsy procedures for the first time in Turkey. Dr. Korkmaz participated in various international and national congresses and meetings as moderator. She has authored more than 142 articles that were published in international journals, 106 articles published in local journals, 106 papers presented in local congresses and 43 papers presented in international congresses. She ranked 116th among 155 Turkish Science Women with H-index.
