About Dr. Hakan Sofu Dr. Hakan Sofu is an Orthopedic Surgeon with 15+ years of experience. His expertise lies in Arthroscopic joint surgery, Arthroplasty, Regenerative surgery, Sports injuries, Pelvis fractures, Trauma surgery, Cartilage injuries, Ligament injuries, Knee pain, Joint pain, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc. Dr. Sofu has completed his graduation from Marmara University, followed by post-graduation from the reputed Ministry of Health Baltalimani Bone Diseases Training and Research Hospital. Until now, he has worked in some of the premier institutes such as Erzincan University, Dr. Amasya Suluova State Hospital, Baltalimani Bone Diseases Training, and Research Hospital. He is a member of the Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Union Association (TOTBID), Bone Joint Surgery Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), Turkey Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Association (TUSYAD), Turkey Pediatric Orthopedic Society, Turkey Arthroplasty Society. Under his credit, there are both national and international publications and he is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, CDE’s and worldwide conferences to talk about Arthroscopic joint surgeries.
