About Dr. Ahmet Alperen Koc Kiss. Dr. Ahmet Alperen Koc is one of the famous Ophthalmologists in Turkey. After his pre-graduate education, successfully completed his medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, which he started in 2006, in 2012, and received the title of Medical Doctor.  He completed his specialization at Beyoğlu Eye Hospital between 2012 and 2016 and received the title of Specialist Doctor.
