About Dato’ Dr. Ali Noor Ghani Dr. Ali Noor is a renowned orthopedic surgeon and was granted 2 Spine Fellowships from Tokyo in 1991 and London in 1988. He joined the National University of Malaysia as Lecturer and Professor from 1978 to 1982 and the Head of the Department of Orthopedics from 1986 to 1989. He was affiliated with different centers abroad and home including the Royal Postgraduate Medical School (London), Research Fellow (1983), Royal National Orthopedic Hospital (London) and Children Hospital (Great Ormond ST, London).  He completed MBBS (Malaya) in 1977 and FRCS (Ireland) in 1982
