About Dato Dr. Badrul Dato Dr. Badrul is a Kuala Lumpur-based Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 20 years of expertise. He was awarded the Darjah Dato’ Paduka Mahkota Terengganu (DPMT). He specializes in Sports trauma conditions involving the inner structure of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle joints. Dato Dr. Badrul is a member of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Association, the Academy of Medicine Malaysia, the Malaysian Arthroscopy Society, the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), the Academy of American Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Asian Pacific Orthopaedic Association and the president of the Malaysian Society for Hip & Knee Surgeons. He has obtained MD (1991) and MS (1998) from the National University of Malaysia. He has a Fellowship (1999) in Advance Trauma (FAOI) from London, UK.
