About Dr. Akshay Kumar Panda Dr. Akshay Kumar Panda is a laparoscopic surgeon with nearly 17 years of experience. He is specialized in performing all kinds of general, laparoscopic and advanced minimally invasive surgeries. He has also been performing bariatric surgery such as breast and weight-loss surgeries for the last 12 years.
