About Dr. Ali Alsuwaidi Dr. Ali Alsuwaidi is a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon with 15+ years of experience in the field of medicine. He is a member of the Scientific Committee for Orthopaedic Surgery for the Arab Board, International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports medicine (ISAKOS), and an International Member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr Ali’s areas of clinical expertise lie in Spine Surgery, Upper Extremity Surgery, Lower Extremity Surgery, Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery, Arthroscopic and Sports Surgery, Foot & Ankle Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, etc. To date, he has worked in some of the eminent institutions such as SKMC, Abu Dhabi, Mafraq Hospital, Alnoor Hospital, Abu Dhabi & Alain, International Modern Hospital, Dubai, and more. The surgeon has completed his graduation from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, followed by post-graduation from the prestigious Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA. Later, he finished a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada in Orthopaedic Surgery (FRCSC) and a clinical fellowship in Arthroscopic and Sports Surgery from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Moreover, he is also the Vice President of Emirates Orthopaedic Society and the Co-Author of the chapter Basic Science of Knee, an Orthopedic book.
