About Dr. Ali Erdem Yildirim Dr. Ali Erdem Yildirim is a Neurosurgeon with 17+ years of experience in the field. He is a member of the Ankara Medical Chamber, Turkish Neurosurgery Association, and Ankara Chamber of Commerce. He studied medicine at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and completed his specialty training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital, Brain and Nerve Surgery Clinic between 2005-2010. Later, he studied Endoscopic Pituitary and Skull Base Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Skul Base Center in 2010. He is interested in areas such as Endoscopic Pituitary Surgery (Closed Brain Tumor Surgery Through Nose), Brain Tumor Surgery (Neurooncological Microsurgery), Spinal Surgery (Lumbar Hernia- Neck Hernia- Spinal Cord Stenosis and Lumbar Slip Surgery), Endoscopic Brain Surgeries, Hydrocephalus Surgery (Shunt and Endoscopic 3rd Ventriculostomy), Pain Relief (Algology), Pediatric Neurosurgery Operations (Pediatric Neurosurgery), Spinal Cord Tumors Surgery, etc. Dr. Yildirim has written various articles and presentations for national and international journals.
