About Dr. Alptekin Gok Dr. Alptekin Gok is an Ophthalmologist, based in Istanbul with 18+ years of experience. He has completed his graduation from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, followed by post-graduation from the reputed Istanbul Haseki Hospital, and has worked in Okmeydanı SSK, Buyukcekmece State Hospital, Kolan Hospital. Dr. Gok’s areas of interest lie in Cataract surgery, Glaucoma surgery, Refractive surgery to correct vision, Reconstructive surgery to repair trauma or birth abnormalities, such as crossed eyes, Chronic or severe tear duct infections or blockages, etc. He has both national and international publications under his credit in accredited indexed journals.
