About Dr. Anil Behl Dr. Anil Behl is one of the best Plastic Surgeons with an experience of 38 years. He was awarded the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) by the President of India in 2010 and was later appointed as Honorary Surgeon to the President of India in 2013. Dr. Behl is also a member of prestigious associations like the Indian Association of Aerospace Medicine, Association of Surgeons of India, and Association of Plastic Surgeons in India. After graduating with MBBS from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, he pursued MS in General Surgery. Later he did MCh in Plastic Surgery from the same college.
