About Dr. Atul Bhaskar Dr. Atul Bhaskar is a seasoned Pediatric Orthopaedician with 25+ years of experience. He is a professional member of reputed organizations such as the Bombay Orthopaedic Society, Indian Orthopaedic Association, Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India (POSI), Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow), Indian Medical Association, Mumbai Branch of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, and American Academy of Cerebral Palsy. He passed the FRCS degree in General Surgery in 1999 and joined the Specialist Registrar (SPR) training program in Orthopaedics in the Yorkshire Deanery. Later he did the FRCS (Trauma & Orth) degree from the Intercollegiate Board, Edinburgh, the UK in 2000. After his training, he pursued his Paediatric Orthopaedic Training at the world-renowned Hospital for Sick Children (HSC – Toronto) under Dr. R B Salter, Dr. B Alman, Dr. W Cole, and Dr. Jim Wright. Dr. Bhaskar mastered in various fields such as Children Orthopaedics, Paediatric Trauma, and Spine Surgery, Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy & Sports Injuries, Trauma, minimally invasive procedures, etc. He has written for publications and has contributed to national and international research articles, and he is also one of the few authors to have published the results of clubfeet treatment in India.
