About Dr. Avinash T S Dr. Avinash T S is a Urologist in India and has an experience of 14+ years in the field. He completed his MBBS from Jagadguru Jayadeva Murugarajendra Medical College (JJMMC), Davangere in 2001, and later obtained a postgraduate degree in General Surgery (MS) from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, 2006. He also obtained DNB in General Surgery from the National Board of Education, New Delhi in 2006, and further completed Urology training at Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai to obtain an M.Ch degree. Dr. Avinash has expertise in performing various ablative and reconstructive laparoscopic urology procedures like laparoscopic nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, ureteric reimplantation, etc. He also has vast experience in performing kidney transplant surgery. He has more than 25 scientific papers in his credit as a primary author and co-author published in various national and international peer-reviewed journals. He is also a course instructor for trainees in the ‘Key to keyhole’ course- laparoscopic urology training program conducted at Lakeshore Hospital and PVS Memorial Hospital, Kochi.
