About Dr. Aws Sarmed Alfahad Dr. Aws Sarmed Alfahad is a well-known Interventional Radiologist possessing more than 18 years of experience in his medical field. He has vast experience in image-guided procedures covering a wide range of peripheral vascular and non-vascular interventions. He holds expertise in Vascular image-guided Intervention, Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary image guided intervention, Urology image guided intervention, Obstetric and Gynecology image guided intervention, Nephrology guided intervention image guided intervention, and Musculoskeletal image guided intervention. He has gained more than 15 years of experience in the National Health Service, UK by achieving training in centers of excellence in Cambridge, Norwich, Sheffield, Hull, Leeds and Glasgow.  He has several publications to his credit and was a principal investigator on international research study (BASIL).  He has been honored with awards for his outstanding contribution in establishing the interventional radiology service, improving patient experience and training opportunities.
