About Dr. Beomki Hong Dr. Beomki Hong is a Seoul-based Interventional Cardiologist with 33+ years of experience in the field. He is a member of the Korean Academy of Internal Medicine, the Korean Heart Association & Member of Policy Committee, the Korea Cardiovascular Arbitration Research Association & the general secretary.  He completed his graduation from the Yonsei University College of Medicine in 1988 and supported it later with M.S. from the same institute in 1996. He also completed his Ph.D. from Yonsei University College of Medicine in the year 2005.  His areas of interest include Angina pectoris and ischemic heart disease, coronary artery intervention, hyperlipidemia, coronary intervention, angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure, Echocardiography, Valvular disease, etc. Dr. Hong has successfully trained cardiologists in South Korea and abroad and has also given presentations at many international conferences and seminars.
