About Dr. Bharat Vijay Purohit Dr. Bharat Vijay Purohit is one of the best Interventional Cardiologists in Hyderabad. He holds 26 years of rich experience in his field. He is one of the first to initiate the TAVR program in the AP/Telangana region and first to implant a leadless pacemaker in AP/Telangana region. He is one of the 1st and has maximum experience in doing LA appending closure for preventing stroke in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana region. He completed his MBBS from SCB Medical College, MD in General Medicine from MKCG Medical College, and DM in Cardiology from SCB Medical College. He performed more than 250 percutaneous interventions using the ulnar approach and more than 500 coronary angioplasty procedures. He has numerous publications in national and international journals. He also attended national and international conferences as a faculty.
