About

Dr Boulos Tadros is a highly esteemed consultant general adult psychiatrist practising at The International Clinic London with over 30 years of experience. Dr Tadros assesses and treats adults over the age of 17 who are experiencing a wide range of psychiatric disorders and specialises in alcohol, opiate and stimulant misuse and dependence, mood disorders, co-morbid disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, and depression.  

Graduating from Alexandria Medicine School, Egypt in 1983, Dr Tadros went on the achieve a post-graduate diploma in neuropsychiatry from Ain Shams University in 1990. He undertook training in psychiatry at the oldest and most-prestigious private hospital in the Middle East; Egypt’s Behman Psychiatric Hospital. Following this, Dr Tadros relocated to the UK, completing further training in the field of psychiatry at St. George’s rotation. During his training, he was awarded his membership to The Royal College of Psychiatrists, and later obtained a fellowship thanks to his exceptional patient care.  

From 2008 to 2013, Dr Tadros worked both privately and for the NHS in Cambridge. In addition to his position as consultant psychiatrists at The International Clinic London, he is also the regional clinical lead consultant psychiatrist in at Change, Grow, and Live (CGL), a national health and social care charity that helps with alcohol and drug challenges, for example.  

Dr Tadros treats every patient not only by prescribing medication, but by taking into account psychosocial and social factors that can influence their condition. With the help of a multidisciplinary team, Dr Tadros aims to achieve full recovery with a uniquely tailored treatment plan that accounts for each individual’s specific needs and circumstances.
