About Dr. Bunthoon Nonthasoot Dr. Bunthoon Nonthasoot is a leading General Surgeon with +24 years of experience in the field. In 1997, he completed his MD with first class honours frm Chulalongkorn University. In 2001 he did a diploma from the Thai Board of Surgery, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand and in 2006, he was a visiting fellow at the Dumont UCLA Transplant Center, LA, CA, USA. In 2007, he was a visiting surgeon at Henri Mondor Hpspital, Paris, France and then in 2007 took up a visiting fellowship at the Hokkaido University, Japan. Dr. Nonthasoot is reputed for performing various surgeries pertaining to the digestive tract and transplants. He is known to perform appendectomy, hemorrhoidectomy, breast biopsy/lumpectomy/mastectomy, prosatectomy, colostomy, colectomy, thyroidectomy, cholecystectomy, hysterectomy, hernia repair surgery and tonsillectomy among some other procedures. He also does liver resections, laparoscopic colorectal surgery, hepatectomy and treats tumours and cancers. He has contributed many well-researched papers that carry various findings from his surgical practice.
