About Dr. Chadi Bali Dr. Chadi Bali is an El Menzah-based Plastic Surgeon and has experience of more than 10+ years.  He is a member of several learned societies and is recognized for his scientific research all over Tunisia. He is also registered with the National Council of the College of Physicians and has professional insurance. He holds a  state degree in medicine in Tunis and has specialized in France in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He later worked in Nantes and Paris before setting up his private practice in Tunis for more than ten years. Dr. Bali specializes in Liposuction, Rhinoplasty, Hand Surgery, Reconstructive Microsurgery, Head and Neck Reconstruction, Aesthetic Surgery, Breast reduction, Breast augmentation, Breast lift, Forehead lift, etc. He has presented many papers in international as well as national conferences and attended several seminars.
