He previously was section chief of the gastroenterology division at White Plains Hospital. Before rejoining the Hospital, Dr. Noyer was a partner at Digestive Disease and Nutrition Consultants of Westchester, as well as serving as an attending physician at White Plains Hospital.
Dr. Noyer earned his medical degree from the State University of New York’s (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. He finished his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, and his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
His work has been published in such peer-reviewed publications as The American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, The American Journal of Gastroenterology, and Current Gastroenterology Reports.
