About Dr. Chennoufi Mehdi Dr. Chennoufi Mehdi is a well-known Plastic Surgeon and has experience of more than 25+ years.  He is a member of the Tunisian Society of Aesthetic Surgery and the National Council of the Order of Tunisian Physicians.  He is also a member of the team of the second world face transplant performed on January 21, 2007, in the department of Plastic aesthetic surgery and repairer of the Henri Mondor Hospital under Professor Lantieri.
