About Dr. Christian Sebening Dr. Christian Sebening is a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon with the experience of 30+ years in the field. He completed his medical studies from the University of Strasbourg and also accomplished General Surgery training in University Clinic Mannheim Germany. He has a Certificate for pediatric heart surgery from the German Society for Thoracic, Cardiac, and Vascular Surgery, a Diploma for General Surgery (1991), and a Diploma for Heart Surgery (2003). Along with his practice, he has been a lecturer in pediatric cardiac surgery at the European School for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery in Bergamo of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS). Dr. Sebening’s area of interest includes the entire spectrum of congenital cardiac surgery, Mitral Valve Repairs, Surgery for Heart Failure, ASD, VSD, Pulmonary Thromboendarterectomy, etc. He has authored several well-researched articles in national and international journals.
