About Dr. Chul Lee Dr. Chul Lee is a South Korean Cardiac Surgeon with 14 years of experience in the field. He completed his Graduation from the College of Medicine, Seoul National University in 2006, and his M.S. from the same university in 2010. He also pursued a Ph.D. from the Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea to gain extensive knowledge in the pediatric cardiac surgery field.
