About Dr. (Col.) Saumitra Sircar Dr. (Col.) Saumitra Sircar, with +33 years of experience as an Orthopedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon is a specialised professional of joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery. He is a professional member of the Indian Society for Hip and Knee Surgeons and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Dr. Sircar holds a graduation degree from Patna Medical College, Patna (1986), and MS from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune and a  DNB qualification from AIIMS (2004).
