About Dr. Dattatreyudu Nori Dr Dattatreyudu Nori is one of the most experienced and renowned Radiation Oncologists in India with nearly 43 years in the field. The Government of India recognized his contributions to medicine with the âPadma Shri Awardâ in 2015. He is a Respected Member of a variety of prestigious organizations such as the American Board of Radiology (Therapeutic Radiology), American Cancer Society, American College of Radiology, American Brachytherapy Society, American Medical Association, American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, Indian Society of Clinical Oncology, New York County Medical Society, New York Radiological Society, New York Cancer Society, and Connective Tissue Oncology Society. He is presently the Chairman of the integrated Radiation Oncology Residency Program for Cornell University and in the past at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s approved program in Radiation Oncology. He has been instrumental in developing new technologically-advanced techniques for Breast Center, Gynecologic Oncology, Head and Neck, Neuro-Oncology, Thoracic Programs, and initiated tumor conferences in every sub-specialty in Oncology at the New York Hospital Queens. Dr. Nori has published 3 books and more than 200 scientific articles and has given numerous prestigious lectureships such as the Probstein Oncology lecture at Washington University in St. Louis. His special interest lies in Sarcoma, Oncology, Gynecologic, Urologic Cancer, Thoracic Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Urologic Oncology, Brachytherapy, Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, etc.
