Dr. David C. Sperling

Dr. David Sperling specializes in Vascular & Interventional Radiology, with a special focus on treating patients with minimally invasive techniques. This includes treatments for women with chronic pelvic pain with uterine fibroid embolization and embolization of pelvic congestion syndrome, as well as men with Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (BPH) with Prostatic Artery Embolization. A significant part of the practice also includes procedures for patients with varicose veins, as well as treatments for patients with cancer that is located in the liver, kidneys or lungs (including, but not limited to, embolization, chemoembolization, Y90, and microwave and cryoablation). He practices primarily in New York, NY, and is affiliated with New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Sperling graduated from SUNY Downstate in 1993, and completed his training at Thomas Jefferson University Hosp and Thomas Jefferson University Hosp. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, Vascular & Interventional Radiology and Interventional Radiology & Diagnostic Radiology.
