About Dr. Dinesh Ramaswamy Dr. Dinesh Ramaswamy is a highly-educated and skilled Surgical Gastroenterologist with +14 years of experience in the field of laparoscopic, transplant and oncology surgeries. He is a member of the Indian Medical Association, the Association of Surgeons in India, the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology and the International Hepato-Pancreatic Biliary Association. Dr. Ramaswamy completed his MBBS in 2004 from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University and then did his MS from AIIMS in 2007. A year later he did his DNB from the National Board. In 2013, he did his M.Ch from GB Pant & MAMC, New Delhi. In 2014, he took up a fellowship with Apollo Hospital, Chennai.     He is an expert surgical gastroenterologist, known to perform, gall bladder/colorectal/bladder cancer/laser fissure and MIS. He performs endoscopy, treats fistula with laser and stoma care. Some of the other procedures he performs are, advanced laparoscopic surgery anti-reflux/splenectomy/appendectomy/colectomy/esophagectomy (esophagogastrostomy, esophagojejunostomy)/umbilical or ventral hernia repair, excision of stomach tumour, hernia surgeries, pancreatic surgery, removal or destruction of rectal or intestinal tumour, laparoscopic incisional/inguinal hernia repair and bariatric & metabolic surgeries.
