A Level 3 Adult Trauma Center, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, with 95 staffed beds, is the sole provider of emergency care on the South Fork of Long Island. Designated a primary stroke center, the hospital has a cardiac catheterization laboratory with interventional services and is certified in cardiac rehabilitation.
