About Dr. Eugene Tan Siang Joo Dr. Eugene Tan Siang Joo is an Interventional cardiologist with more than 10 years of experience. He specializes in âCardiac Arrhythmias (Heart Rhythm Disorders), Cardiac Implantable Devices (Pacemakers, Defibrillators) and Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy for Heart Failure.
