About Dr Ganesan Naidu Dr Ganesan Naidu is an orthopaedic surgeon having more than 20 years of expertise. Services provided by him includes pelvic and acetabular fractures, limb reconstruction and fractures around joints.  Dr. Ganesan Naidu earned his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1990. His residency in orthopaedic surgery was finished in 2007 and he received his Fellowship in Orthopaedics and Traumatology from the Royal College. He was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1999. In December 2007, he received a scholarship to pursue his interest in orthopaedic trauma at the Unfallklinik in Mainz, Germany. Dr. Ganesan served as Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Head of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief of the Orthopaedic Trauma Service from 2011 to 2015 before moving on to Raffles Hospital. He served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and a regular Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Health Sciences. Additionally, he teaches at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Advanced Trauma Life Support and Definitive Surgery in Trauma Care courses as well as AOTrauma Asia Pacific. Orthopaedic trauma surgery is a specialty of Dr. Ganesan’s.  His speciality interests include fractures surrounding joints, limb reconstruction, and pelvic and acetabular fractures. Additionally, he does primary knee, hip, and elbow replacement surgeries. He is also very interested in arthroscopic sports surgery. Dr Ganesan Naidu is fluent in English.
