About Dr. Gerard Oristrell Santamaria Dr. Gerard Oristrell Santamaria is a cardiologist with more than 10 years of expertise in this field. He is a co-investigator on the clinical project “Registry of cardiotoxicity in patients with early HER-2 positive breast cancer,” which was funded by the Spanish Society of Cardiology, and a co-investigator on the Carlos III Health Institute’s project “Development and consolidation of a collaborative research structure between Cardio-Onco-Hematology units.” He is also the co-author of 17 scientific papers that have been published in peer-reviewed publications.
