About Dr Gurunath Kilara Dr. Gurunath Kilara is a renowned Radiation Oncologist, with a thriving experience of more than 35 years. His expertise lies in Image-Guided Radio Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Body Radio Therapy (SBRT), Intensity Modulated Radio Therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic Radio Therapy (SRT), Stereotactic Radio Surgery (SRS), and Radiotherapy. He has pioneered the introduction of various radiation techniques including the first brain implant in India using Cyberknife, IMRT, Iridium Brachytherapy treatment in Karnataka. He is an executive member of the Breast Cancer Foundation and the Indian Society of Oncology. Also served as the president of AROI Karnataka chapter. Dr. Kilara has research papers publications in national as well as international peer-reviewed journals.
