About Dr. Hakan Ciftci Dr. Hakan Ciftci is an Ophthalmologist, based in Istanbul with extensive 20+ years of experience. He has completed his studies at Uludag University. Dr. Hakan’s areas of interest lie in Cataract surgery, Glaucoma surgery, Refractive surgery to correct vision, Reconstructive surgery to repair trauma or birth abnormalities, such as crossed eyes, Chronic or severe tear duct infections or blockages, etc. He has both national and international publications under his credit in accredited indexed journals. The ophthalmologist is also invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, CDE’s to talk about the management of different types of eye infections.
