About Dr. Hakki Serkan Sahin Dr. Hakki Serkan Sahin is a Cardiovascular surgeon, based in Istanbul with 16+ years of experience. His clinical interests lie in Coronary artery by-pass surgery, Heart valve repair, Congenital heart defects surgery, Surgery for peripheral vascular diseases, Carotid artery surgery, Aortic Aneurysm Surgery, etc. Dr. Sahin has completed his graduation and post-graduation from the reputed Hacettepe University. He has worked in some of the reputed institutes of Istanbul such as Hacettepe University, Ankara Private Bayındır Hospital, Şırnak Military Hospital, Medicana International Hospital.
